Position: EU Project Proposal Writer (Senior)

Contract: Freelance / Collaboration Agreement

We are seeking an experienced
EU Project Proposal Writer
with a
minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience
in the design and drafting of successful project proposals under EU programmes (e.g., Erasmus+, Creative Europe, Horizon Europe, CERV, Interreg, LIFE).

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the drafting process of EU project proposals, ensuring full alignment with programme priorities, award criteria, and expected impacts.
  • Develop logical frameworks, work plans, impact strategies, and coherent narratives according to EU evaluation standards.
  • Coordinate with partners to collect inputs and transform them into structured, high-quality proposal content.
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, accuracy, and compliance across all sections of the application.
  • Prepare annexes and documentation required for submission through EU portals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of proven track record
    in writing and coordinating EU project proposals (please provide portfolio and funded examples if available).
  • Excellent command of English (C1/C2); knowledge of additional EU languages is an asset.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and structuring skills, with the ability to translate concepts into clear project designs.
  • Familiarity with budget structures, partnership coordination, and EU evaluation frameworks.
  • Capacity to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposal processes simultaneously.
