Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for an
Accounting Intern
to join KIKO MILANO's Finance & Administration
Team,
reporting to the Suppliers Accounting Coordinator.

This internship represents an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting activities within a structured and international environment, supporting the team in day-to-day administrative and accounting processes while developing technical and professional skills.

In particular, you will:

  • Support the team in maintaining accurate and timely accounting records in compliance with accounting principles and internal procedures;
  • Assist in managing and updating customer and supplier master data, ensuring accuracy and completeness;
  • Support reconciliation activities and help identify discrepancies under the supervision of the team;
  • Assist in the recording of invoices and other accounting documents, ensuring correct IVA application;
  • Support the processing and filing of tax and administrative documents within defined deadlines;
  • Assist in accruals and allocation activities according to accounting principles;
  • Support the preparation of basic reports and documentation related to the assigned accounting area;
  • Participate in periodic checks of ledgers and support in account reconciliation activities;
  • Provide support during month-end and year-end closing activities.

What you will need to succeed

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (or ongoing studies) in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields;
  • Strong interest in accounting and administrative processes;
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular);
  • Basic familiarity with ERP systems is considered a plus;
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
  • Motivation to learn and grow in a structured accounting environment.
