DRIVE YOUR FUTURE Become a key player in our Continuous Improvement team of the Settimo Torinese Polo Tecnologicoand contribute to improve our processes. The Continuous Improvement team is responsible for promoting and implementing initiatives aimed at the ongoing enhancement of production and organizational processes.
Through data analysis and the active involvement of people, the team helps increase efficiency and foster operational innovation within the plant.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN  
The candidate will be placed in the Continuous Improvement team of the Settimo Torinese Polo Tecnologico, supporting the function with focus on the following processes:

•    Analysis of plant efficiency

•    Collection and analysis of KPIs

•    Improvement of item distribution logic

•    Setup optimization

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

•    Interest in emerging sustainability trends and a basic knowledge of environmental sciences are an advantage

•    Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills

•    Public speaking skills

•    Master's degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

•    Good knowledge of the English language

•    Proficiency in Python, Excel, and PowerPoint
