Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant – Power BI Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics, with a proven ability to design, implement, and optimize Power BI solutions that deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Development: Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored to client needs.

  • Data Integration: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of Power BI solutions.

  • Consulting Expertise: Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into effective BI solutions.

  • Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in Power BI models, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

  • Training & Mentoring: Provide training and guidance to client teams and junior consultants on Power BI best practices and advanced functionalities.

  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end BI projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.

  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in Power BI and related technologies to ensure innovative and up-to-date solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in BI consulting with a focus on Power BI.

  • Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query.

  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and ETL processes.

  • Proven track record of delivering complex BI solutions in a consulting environment.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-facing role.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Data Factory).

  • Familiarity with other BI tools such as Tableau, Looker

  • Certifications in Power BI (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).

  • Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare,manufacturing or fashion
