KWS Italia S.p.A. è alla ricerca di un Logistics & Planning Coordinator (m/f/d) da inserire il prima possibile presso la sede di Forlì, per supportare le attività di pianificazione e logistica nella regione EMEA (Europa meridionale - Nord Africa - Medio Oriente).
La posizione è a tempo pieno e a tempo indeterminato.
Cosa puoi aspettarti in questo ruolo:
- Supportare la pianificazione trasversale alle colture e la gestione logistica con una visione olistica delle regioni dell'Europa meridionale e MEA.
- Coordinare e guidare il team di Pianificazione & Logistica, monitorando la corretta esecuzione dei processi in termini di pianificazione, documentazione e tempi di consegna.
- Collaborare strettamente con fornitori e corrieri locali e internazionali per garantire la consegna puntuale dei prodotti.
- Preparare e condividere report e analisi relative alle attività della supply chain.
- Garantire una comunicazione costante e adeguata e il supporto agli impianti di produzione, favorendo lo scambio continuo di conoscenze.
- Gestire i processi di acquisto e consegna delle merci dai vari Paesi e stabilimenti produttivi, nonché le attività quotidiane connesse all'intera supply chain.
- Partecipare alle attività del processo di pianificazione regionale in stretta collaborazione con i Paesi di competenza e il management regionale.
Il tuo profilo:
- Esperienza pratica nella pianificazione e nel coordinamento delle operazioni di import-export e conoscenza delle procedure doganali.
- Laurea, preferibilmente in gestione aziendale. Saranno considerati anche candidati senza laurea ma con esperienza pluriennale.
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza professionale complessiva in ruoli simili, preferibilmente in contesti internazionali.
- Conoscenza approfondita dei prodotti MS Office, con particolare attenzione a Excel.
- Buona conoscenza di SAP è un plus.
- Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese e dell'italiano; il francese è un vantaggio.
- Mentalità analitica e capacità organizzative efficienti.
- Conoscenza del settore della fornitura agricola, in generale, è un plus.
- Comprensione generale dei processi della supply chain in un contesto internazionale.
- Disponibilità a lavorare ore aggiuntive durante i periodi di picco (es. prima parte dell'anno).
- Disponibilità e capacità di viaggiare a livello nazionale e internazionale, se necessario.
