YOUR ROLEYOUR MISSION
As Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Kolsquare, your mission is to plan, execute, and optimize all email marketing initiatives that engage, nurture, and guide our audiences through each stage of the funnel, from first touch to conversion and retention.
You will own the global email strategy and performance, designing high-performing journeys that drive engagement, conversion, and measurable pipeline impact. Your goal is to ensure that every message contributes to a consistent experience for prospects and customers across all markets and segmentations.
YOUR SCOPE
Reporting directly to the Head of Growth & Digital Marketing, you'll manage all email communications at Kolsquare, from top-of-funnel thought-leadership content to bottom-of-funnel conversion campaigns.
Your scope covers all lifecycle and email campaigns, including newsletters, nurturing flows, lead generation campaigns, event invitations, product updates, personalized outbound activations, and more.
You'll work cross-functionally with Growth, Digital, Content, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver campaigns — whether automated or one-shot — that are timely, relevant, and tailored to each segment, persona, and market maturity.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1-Strategy & Planning
Define and maintain a comprehensive global email roadmap covering lifecycle programs, newsletters, and campaign sends.
Align the email calendar with content releases, product launches, and events.
Establish clear objectives, audiences, and KPIs for each nurturing program, in line with funnel and marketing goals.
Coordinate with Field Marketing to support event promotion and post-event follow-ups, ensuring messaging and timing are aligned.
Work closely with Growth and Sales to align bottom-of-funnel messaging and follow-up workflows.
2 - Email Journey Design & Execution
Build, launch, and manage automated workflows in HubSpot across customer lifecycle stages.
Create and optimize email sequences tailored to personas, industries, and intent levels.
Deliver newsletters, lead-generation campaigns, event invitations, product updates and other email communications with local variations when relevant.
Partner with the Growth Manager on segmentation, scoring, and trigger logic to ensure precise targeting and efficient routing.
3 - Performance Analys & Optimization
Track program metrics (open rates, clicks, conversions, and pipeline contributions) and provide actionable insights.
Run A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, content, and send cadence to improve engagement and deliverability.
Monitor database health and collaborate with the Growth Manager to maintain clean, compliant, and high-performing lists.
Consolidate performance dashboards to measure the impact of email activities.
Share insights and recommendations with the team to inform decision-making on future campaigns and content strategy.
4 - Cadence & Governance
Define and manage the email communication cadence across nurturing, newsletters, and one-shot campaigns with country variations as needed.
Implement suppression rules and exclusion logic to avoid over-solicitation and maintain positive engagement
Ensure adherence to brand, legal, and GDPR standards across all email assets.
Must-haves
4–6 years of experience in a Growth, CRM, or Lifecycle marketing role focused on email performance, in a B2B SaaS or MarTech environment with international scope
Proven expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub (workflows, segmentation, reporting).
Strong background in copywriting and audience personalization, able to adapt tone and message by persona and lifecycle stage.
Demonstrated ability to design and optimize email nurturing programs and newsletters across multi-market audiences.
Proficiency in A/B testing and campaign performance analysis, using insights to optimize open, click, and conversion rates.
Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple workflows and campaigns simultaneously.
Fluent in English and at least one other Kolsquare language (French, German, Spanish or Italian; every other language is a plus).
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, international environment.
Agile and flexible, able to react quickly and travel occasionally within Europe.
Curious, proactive, and accountable, with a hands-on mindset and strong ownership of results.
