Engine SW Calibration Engineer

La risorsa inserita all'interno del Reparto Powertrain Control & Calibration sarà incaricata di sviluppare la calibrazione ECU relative alle funzioni motore (modello di stima della coppia e dell'aria, controllo boost, modelli fisici di temperatura e pressione, gestione filtro antiparticolato, diagnosi mancata accensione).

Le attività si svolgeranno sia su apposite celle di prova motore/veicolo che su veicolo in pista.

Principali responsabilità

  • Essere responsabile dello sviluppo e della corretta esecuzione delle procedure per i pacchetti di calibrazione assegnati al team.

  • Collaborare con Engine Performance Engineer, Facility e personale operativo per garantire un'efficiente e accurata preparazione ed esecuzione dei test.

  • Lavorare in stretta collaborazione con Emissioni, Prestazioni e gruppi Veicolo.

  • Segnalare tempestivamente le anomalie e proporre miglioramenti hardware, software e procedure durante il processo di calibrazione.

Requisiti richiesti

  • Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica o equivalente

  • Conoscenza approfondita dei motori a combustione interna e motori GDI ad alte prestazioni

  • Conoscenza delle tipiche strutture ECU

  • Conoscenza dei sw di calibrazione (Etas INCA preferibile) e dei sw Matlab/simulink

E' richiesta la disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte sul territorio nazionale.

Completano il profilo una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, spiccato orientamento al risultato, approccio multidisciplinare, attitudine al lavoro in team, flessibilità.
