Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Naples. The Administrative Assistant will support the daily operations of the practice by performing administrative and clerical tasks. Responsibilities include handling calls with professionalism, managing communications, scheduling appointments, maintaining organized records, and assisting with executive-level tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for maintaining records, scheduling, and organizing workflows
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for managing client interactions and professional correspondence
- Executive Administrative Assistance to support higher-level management tasks and ensure seamless operations
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in office software, scheduling tools, and standard administrative equipment
- Prior experience in a healthcare or medical practice setting is a plus
