We are seeking a data-driven and proactive Marketing Controlling Specialist to join our Finance Team at Technogym HQ in Cesena (Italy).

In this role, you will support the Sales & Marketing Controlling Team by providing financial insights and strategic analysis to optimize marketing investments and drive profitable growth. You will be responsible for monitoring the full funnel performance - from lead generation to conversion rates and AOVs - evaluating ROI across different marketing activities and supporting the Sales Team both in HQ both in the subsidiaries.

• Drive value creation through performance-based marketing analysis
• Evaluate ROI by sources and campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimization
• Conduct variance analysis, profitability assessments, and marketing performance reviews
• Support the development of marketing dashboards and KPIs for strategic decision-making
• Monitor and report on sales and margin trends linked to marketing activities
• Lead and support the marketing budgeting and forecasting process
• Collaborate with subsidiaries marketing teams to align operational plans with financial targets
• Provide financial guidance to subsidiaries, ensuring consistency in local marketing expenditure reporting and accounting adjustments

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. 

What you should bring:

• Master's Degree, preferably in Economics/Business Administration
• 3-5 years' experience 
• Previous experience in accounting management and knowledge of accounting management principles
• Knowledge of marketing metrics
• Knowledge of SAP CO-PA
• English fluency (level C1 CEFR)
