What You Will Do
The resource will join the Tax team and will be responsible for managing direct taxes and related compliance activities, ensuring accurate calculations, regulatory compliance, and support in the company's tax planning activities.

The candidate will be actively involved in all of these activities:

  • Management of direct taxes (Corporate Income Tax – IRES, and IRAP) and related periodic compliance obligations.
  • Preparation and drafting of corporate income tax returns, coordinating with external consultants involved.
  • Support in the preparation of the fiscal consolidated financial statements.
  • Collaboration with auditors and tax consultants for audits and inspections.
  • Analysis and reconciliation of tax differences compared to the statutory financial statements.
  • Assistance during tax audits and in preparing documentation requested by the competent authorities.
  • Tax accounting: collaboration with the accounting team to ensure accurate tax allocation and management of tax receivables/payables.
  • Continuous updating on tax legislation and identification of potential impacts on business operations.
  • Support for tax planning activities and tax reporting for management.

What You Need To Succeed
Must have
Education
: Degree in Economics or related fields, preferably with courses or a focus on direct taxation

Professional Experience
: 3 – 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within structured companies or professional firms

Language
: Proficiency in Italian & English, both written and spoken

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of direct taxation (Corporate Income Tax, Regional Tax).
  • Good understanding of Italian accounting principles (OIC) and international ones (IFRS).
  • Good knowledge of Excel (SAP is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of international taxation (CFC rules, transfer pricing) is a plus

Soft Skills

  • Teamwork orientation and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude
