We are looking for a Product Manager Low Voltage, to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the Electrical Products BU.

Your Challenge

As Product manager you will be responsible for the products management and will support Sales network for products promotion, selection and technical proposal, interacting with HQ and the customer for technical clarification and taking care of all necessary activities for technical support on site.

Your main activities will be:

• Provide technical support and expert advice to customers and the sales network
• Actively promote innovative products to target customers within specific market segments
• Understand customer needs, analyze technical specifications, and manage deviations
• Identify the most suitable technical solution, involving HQ when necessary
• Prepare technical proposals and support the commercial offer process in collaboration with Sales
• Ensure all project and order requirements are met, including documentation
• Manage relationships with HQ and customers, especially in complex projects
• Deliver technical training to customers, technical promoters, and the Siemens sales network
• Maintain autonomous communication with HQ for technical matters
• Support customers with first-level analysis in case of post-sales issues

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

• Strong interest and readiness to manage topics related to electrical product software and configuration tools
• At least 2 years of professional experience in electrical software, configuration tools, or panel design
• Bachelor's or Three-Year Master's Degree in Industrial Electrical Engineering or Energy Engineering
• Willingness to travel frequently across Italy, with occasional international tripsPassion to never-stop growing
• Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
• Proficiency in English and Italian
• Eligibility to work in Italy
