innocent is the fastest growing drinks brand in Europe. With offices in London, Paris, Tokyo, Amsterdam and many others, it's our mission to become the world's favorite little healthy drinks company. In Italy innocent has been growing fast and is now a strong brand in the chilled juice category.

To support this growth we're looking for an enthusiastic Jr. Brand Manager in Milan, who'll be responsible for our marketing mix in Italy. It's the perfect role for someone who likes to be responsible for a wide range of projects, have a great sense of ownership, and always looking for better ways to grow the market with a motivated and fun bunch of people. And not to forget, to work for an inspiring B Corp.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing the perfect activation plan, including creative, media, experiences, and in-store,

  • Managing campaign from start to finish.

  • Managing our social media and being a first point of contact to our drinkers.

  • Managing our drinker communication (responding to emails, answer messages on social).

  • Knowing the portfolio in your markets and making recommendations (e.g. new products, new formats, new channels).

  • Creating the monthly performance overview, analyzing the success our of activations and ranges.

  • Making sure all our products launch in your markets are a success.

  • Aligning with the commercial team, to have marketing and sales working in harmony.

You'll also:

  • Work in close collaboration with the communication, category management, trade marketing and sales teams.

  • Work with the Group (in short, the marketing team at the headquarters in London) and with all the different countries where we're selling our healthy little drinks.

What you'll need:

· You have excellent project management skills, able to work on multiple projects at the same time.

· Creativity is a passion, and you love working with agencies to deliver great work that truly breaths the innocent brand.

· You're comfortable working with consumer data (Nielsen, Kantar, GfK) and know how to use it to make the right decisions.

· You're a confident self-starter with passion and enthusiasm and have the ability to sink your teeth in projects and show great people skills.

· We are looking for someone with a first good experience in a marketing role, preferably in FMCG, with a creative spark combined with good communication skills.

· You're pro-active, and able to deliver in a busy environment, great with others and able to engage with cross-functional teams and external partners.

· You speak Italian as a native speaker and have proficiency knowledge in English.
