About us:

Satinal S.p.A.
, a leading Italian Company in the safety glass interlayer industry, is seeking
Junior and Senior B2B Sales Representatives
to drive expansion across European and global markets.

Key responsibilities:

  • B2B Client Management:
    develop and manage relationships with glass processors and industrial glass players
  • Business Development:
    actively identify and acquire new customers
  • Sales Negotiation:
    lead commercial negotiations and prepare formal proposals
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    work closely with technical and production departments
  • Tradeshows:
    represent the Company at international tradeshows and events

Candidate profile:

  • Education:
    technical and/or commercial background
  • Passion:
    strong interest in the industrial sector
  • Mobility:
    willingness and availability to travel
  • Experience:
    proven B2B sales experience within the glass, industrial, or construction sectors
  • Soft Skills:
    ability to manage clients independently and a strong result-oriented mindset
  • Languages:
    fluency in English is required (additional EU languages are a plus)
