, a leading Italian Company in the safety glass interlayer industry, is seeking
Junior and Senior B2B Sales Representatives
to drive expansion across European and global markets.
Key responsibilities:
- B2B Client Management:
develop and manage relationships with glass processors and industrial glass players - Business Development:
actively identify and acquire new customers - Sales Negotiation:
lead commercial negotiations and prepare formal proposals - Cross-functional Collaboration:
work closely with technical and production departments - Tradeshows:
represent the Company at international tradeshows and events
Candidate profile:
- Education:
technical and/or commercial background - Passion:
strong interest in the industrial sector - Mobility:
willingness and availability to travel - Experience:
proven B2B sales experience within the glass, industrial, or construction sectors - Soft Skills:
ability to manage clients independently and a strong result-oriented mindset - Languages:
fluency in English is required (additional EU languages are a plus)
