Junior Project Engineer:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Project Engineer to be included in the Technical Gas Innovation Department. The selected candidate will join the central technical service dedicated to the Onsite and LNG product lines, where they will handle the technical and operational management of plants supplied to customers, supporting the entire project lifecycle. Furthermore, they will work in close coordination with the technical and commercial structures of the Group's companies in Europe and in non-EU countries where the Group operates.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The candidate will report to the Service Manager and will be responsible for supporting the following key areas:

1. Project Management (Technical and Financial):

Complete management of projects related to the sizing and implementation of Onsite plants for the production of technical Nitrogen (gaseous and liquid) and storage/dispensing facilities for Liquid Methane (LNG).

Definition of project milestones.

Coordination of activity planning.

Cost control for related orders/contracts.

2. Design, Engineering, and Supply Chain:

Identification and coordination of suppliers of plants and components used in the processes, technologies, and applications of the Onsite and LNG lines.

Identification, analysis, and engineering of the necessary plants for customers operating in the relevant industrial sectors.

Analysis of new technologies, techniques, and suppliers for the relevant sectors.

3. Operational Implementation:

Support for the implementation, Commissioning, and Start-up of the plants.

Organization and support for plant maintenance.

Support for local technical teams in the analysis of the regular operation of the plants.

4. Technical Support and Documentation:

Support and coordination of the technical and sales network of all group companies in relation to the assigned activities.

Creation of support tools for the promotion and management of the plants (manuals, procedures, technical dossiers, etc.) intended for the technical and commercial structures.

Analysis of mandatory technical and legal standards related to the reference plants.

Preparation of relevant information for the technical structures of the group companies.

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in scientific subjects (preferably a Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering).

Experience: Two years of experience in similar roles is desirable.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of CAD software.

Excellent knowledge of the English language; knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.

Results-oriented with a proactive approach, capable of grasping new opportunities and challenges with energy and enthusiasm.

Ability to read and understand the context and success factors of the relevant business.

Inclination towards teamwork and the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.

Good listening and communication skills, as well as flexibility regarding business needs and the evolution of corporate strategies.

WORK LOCATION AND MOBILITY

Work Location: Monza.

Availability for occasional business trips in Italy and abroad is required, to support the Group's international initiatives.
