Siamo alla ricerca di Services Manager Specialist con ottima conoscenza della suite Netcool di Ibm ed in particolare di Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus e di IBM Netcool Network Management (ITNM).

Il candidato dovrà avere una spiccata attitudine al problem solving e alla gestione di situazioni critiche in ambienti di produzione. Inoltre, dovrà avere precisione e capacità di analisi sistematica.

Required Skills

  • Almeno 7 anni di esperienza nell'ambito richiesto;
  • Configurazione, amministrazione e manutenzione di OMNIbus ObjectServer;
  • Gestione di Probes (SNMP, Syslog, XML, HTTP, ecc.) per la raccolta di eventi da diverse sorgenti;
  • Configurazione e personalizzazione di rules files, triggers, automations e alerts;
  • Installazione, configurazione e gestione di ITNM Core e Precision;
  • Configurazione di discovery e topology database (NCIM, TIP);
  • Creazione e tuning di polling profiles, device filters e network views.

Requisiti preferenziali:

  • Diploma, Laurea triennale o magistrale in disciplina STEM;
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Certificazioni nell'ambito richiesto;
