iason is looking for a dynamic
HR Officer
to join our HR Team. The ideal candidate will be a key support for our daily operations and will contribute to the full recruitment cycle, helping us find the best talent.

Core Responsibilities

Recruitment & Selection:

  • Posting job advertisements on various platforms and job boards.
  • Screening and analyzing resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit and motivation.
  • Scheduling and managing interviews with department managers.

Employer Branding & External Relations:

  • Actively participating in career days and recruitment events at universities and other institutions.
  • Helping to build and maintain strong relationships with academic partners.

HR Tools & Platforms:

  • Utilizing and managing our HR tools and platforms.
  • Supporting the maintenance and updating of our candidate database.

Candidate Profile

Education:
 Master's Degree in HR-related subjects, Economics, or Humanities.

Technical Skills:

  • Good knowledge of
    MS Office
    .
  • A strong command of
    English
     (B2 level or higher).

Experience:
 Previous experience in the HR field or recruitment is preferred.

Soft Skills:

  • A proactive, collaborative and curious approach.
  • Eagerness to learn and a genuine interest in the HR world.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Mandatory:
 Currently based in Milan
