We are seeking a Mid-Level ERP IT Analyst to support our US Navy customer in Naples, Italy. This position is funded for one year, requires an active Secret clearance, and must be performed 100% on the customer site. In this role you will: - Design, develop, and implement Navy SAP ERP solutions, ensuring that they align with business processes and objectives. - Lead small teams in customizing, testing, and maintaining ERP solutions within the Navy environment. - Engage in SAP module configuration (e.g., FI, MM, SD) and enhancements based on client requirements. - Assist in the integration of SAP ERP with other systems and provide end-user training and documentation. - Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex ERP issues and work on performance improvements. - Liaise with stakeholders to identify requirements and ensure that the solutions meet the Navy's mission-critical needs. Required Skills & Experience
  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • Willingness and ability to support US Navy customer OCONUS in Naples, Italy
  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, or Accounting. May substitute an additional 4 years (12 years total) of experience for college degree. 
  • 8 years of experience in SAP ERP, including configuration, deployment, and integration, with experience supporting large, complex implementations.
  • Journeyman level understanding of SAP ERP modules and integration points within the Navy environment.
  • SABRS hands on knowledge, experience migrating from SABRS to Navy ERP
  • Proven ability to work with SAP data management, report generation, and interfaces.
  • Familiarity with Navy ERP implementation methodologies, including Agile or Waterfall.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at Fleet level.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience working in a government or defense environment is preferred.

Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.   We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
