Il ruolo – Head of People

La figura avrà la responsabilità di definire e guidare la strategia People end-to-end, accompagnando la crescita dell'organizzazione e strutturando processi, cultura e talent management in modo scalabile e data-driven.

Responsabilità principali

  • Definizione ed esecuzione della strategia People, coprendo l'intero employee journey (headcount planning, performance, sviluppo di carriera).
  • Costruzione e scalabilità di una cultura basata su eccellenza, accountability e feedback continuo (OKR, KPI).
  • Guida dell'intero processo di recruiting a livello europeo, con focus su qualità, velocità ed employer branding.
  • Strutturazione dei team e dei workflow per mantenere un'organizzazione snella e allineata.
  • Ruolo di partner strategico per il leadership team su temi di performance, engagement e crescita organizzativa.

Requisiti

  • 5+ anni di esperienza in ruoli di Head of People, People Manager o HRBP in startup o contesti dinamici.
  • Esperienza nella progettazione di employee journey e percorsi di carriera.
  • Forte capacità strategica unita a un approccio operativo e hands-on.
  • Ottime doti comunicative e di leadership, con mindset collaborativo.
  • Abitudine a contesti veloci e imprenditoriali.
  • Fluente in
    italiano e inglese
    .

Cosa offre

  • RAL indicativa:
    €75k – €120k + equity significativa
  • Lavoro ibrido (3 giorni a settimana in HQ a Milano)
