Context and purpose of the job

Within the Emporio Armani Flagship Store in Milan Manzoni, you will join the team as a Tailor. You will play a key role in enhancing the in-store customer experience by delivering precise and high-quality tailoring services. Working closely with the sales team, you will help ensure that each garment meets the client's expectations and reflects the brand's standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Advisors, as needed, in delivering a unique and personalized sales experience by assisting customers in selecting the most appropriate tailoring alterations
• Carry out all assigned tailoring activities in compliance with internal procedures and timelines, ensuring that garment delivery is always aligned with the deadlines agreed with customers
• Contribute to the management of the tailoring area by keeping tools and equipment in good working condition and maintaining a clean and orderly workspace

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong interest and passion for the fashion industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Good command of the English language
