In this role, you will play a key role in the finance team and take over responsibility for analysing, planning, and steering of all workforce-related financial and operational metrics for both Business Units of SteelcoBelimed: Infection Control and Life Science. The primary focus is on the establishment of a strong Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) reporting across the board. You will ensure accurate headcount reporting, support workforce planning, and provide insights to management regarding synergies, staffing efficiency, and organizational scalability. You will work closely with the finance community, the HR community, the integration Project Management team (PMO) and the senior management.
