What you'll do:

  • Join the team of Digital, Data & AI and in particular the area Digital Transition Programs, reporting directly to Digital Transition Programs Senior Manager.
  • You will have the opportunity to be involved in strategic and transformative projects that have a significant impact on the Digital, Data & AI Area. In this role, you will oversee the governance of transformation initiatives, coordinating with various Technology areas, including but not limited to the DDA, Betting, Gaming and Operations.

What you'll bring:

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in management of complex projects
  • You have excellent knowledge of PM tools including Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Word, etc.).
  • You know how to identify risks, manage challenging situations, and develop effective solutions.
  • Previous experience in Technology Area is a plus.
  • Knowledge of program and project management methodologies.
  • Good skills in communication and negotiation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving mindset and understanding of business objectives.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, identify and mitigate risks early, communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders, build strong cross-functional relationships, and analyse data to drive informed decisions and successful program delivery.
  • Fluency in both English and Italian, with good written and verbal communication skills.
