In this dynamic role, you'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, working closely with diverse teams and senior stakeholders. You'll have the chance to influence labor relations, drive HR initiatives, and foster an inclusive culture that empowers people at every level. Your responsibilities
  • Lead HR operations for three Italian sites, ensuring compliance and alignment with global HR processes.
  • Collaborate with works councils and unions, managing negotiations and fostering positive labor relations.
  • Drive annual HR cycles including performance reviews, compensation planning, and talent assessments.
  • Coach and support local leaders on people management, engagement, and development strategies.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives while promoting a healthy and engaging work environment.
Expectations for you
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 6 years of HR leadership experience in a global, matrix organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Italian labor laws and proven experience with works councils and union of at least 5 years.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
  • Skilled in negotiation, stakeholder management, and HR systems (Workday preferred).
To succeed in this role

You'll need strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, a strategic mindset combined with operational execution, and the ability to manage complexity across multiple sites. Experience in HR compliance and employee relations is essential.
