Inserita All'interno Dell'area Chief Risk Officer, La Risorsa Collaborerà Attivamente Con Il Group Data Office e Fornirà Supporto Alla Direzione CRO Nelle Seguenti Attività

  • Applicazione dei requisiti di data governance all'interno dell'area di riferimento:

odefinizione/aggiornamento delle tassonomie e dizionari di business

odefinizione/aggiornamento del registro dei controlli di data quality e monitoraggio degli incident

odefinizione/aggiornamento del business lineage e supporto all'implementazione del technical e vertical lineage

  • supporto all'implementazione del framework di data governance, garantendo la conformità alle normative vigenti;
  • contributo alla definizione e all'applicazione di policy e procedure per una corretta gestione dei dati;
  • collaborazione con le strutture interne della banca (GDO, IT) per l'evoluzione dell'architettura dati a supporto della misurazione dei rischi;
  • redazione e aggiornamento della documentazione di progetto, condivisione dei contenuti e monitoraggio dei piani di lavoro.

Requirements

  • Laurea in discipline scientifiche o economiche
  • Esperienza pregressa, anche di 3-5 anni, in ambito Data Office, Risk Management o CFO preferibilmente nel settore bancario
  • Conoscenza di base di strumenti come MS SQL Server, SAS
  • Familiarità con i principali strumenti di data governance (esAbInitio)
  • Conoscenza delle principali normative di riferimento in ambito dati (RDARR, BCBS 239, Bankit 285…)
  • Costituisce un plus la familiarità con i principali modelli di reportistica regolamentare (IRRBB, STE, FINREP, COREP)
  • Ottime capacità analitiche, precisione ed autonomia organizzativa
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team, proattività e motivazione.
