Importante: il ruolo è completamente remoto, ma devi essere residente in Grecia (Atene o altrove). Se non vivi ancora in Grecia, offriamo un pacchetto completo di trasferimento per aiutarti ad ambientarti senza problemi.

Cosa farai

  • Supportare i clienti italiani via telefono, chat ed email con professionalità ed empatia

  • Risolvere problemi tecnici e di servizio (formazione completa inclusa)

  • Tenere registri accurati e contribuire a migliorare lesperienza del cliente

  • Collaborare con un team giovane, internazionale e dinamico

Cosa cerchiamo

  • Italiano (C2) e inglese almeno a livello B2

  • Ottime capacità comunicative e problem-solving

  • Atteggiamento positivo, curiosità e voglia di imparare

  • Non è richiesta esperienza precedente ti formiamo noi

  • Devi essere residente o disposto a trasferirti in Grecia (lavoro remoto solo da Grecia)
