Responsabilità
sviluppo e miglioramento dei processi di manifattura additiva per componenti nuovi ed esistenti.
assicurare che le soluzioni di produzione siano conformi agli standard operativi, di qualità e di progettazione dell'azienda.
supporto ai team di progetto e allo sviluppo delle competenze dei colleghi più junior.
sviluppare, validare e documentare i processi di produzione, garantendo che parametri, materiali di consumo e operazioni secondarie siano allineati alle specifiche del prodotto.
collaborazioni con i Global Supply Managers e i fornitori per allineare le strategie di sviluppo della produzione con obiettivi, tempistiche e aspettative chiari.
comunicare progressi, problemi e risultati tecnici ai team interfunzionali, garantendo l'allineamento tra i requisiti di progettazione e le capacità produttive.
identificare e implementare attrezzature e processi di fabbricazione appropriati per soddisfare i requisiti operativi e di design.
partecipare alle revisioni tecniche e di programma per garantire un miglioramento continuo.
contribuire a iniziative organizzative più ampie a supporto degli obiettivi di business a lungo termine.
