Your Role and Responsibilities

Svolgerai, Con Un Crescente Grado Di Autonomia, Attività Di Consulenza In Ambito Sia Giudiziale Che Stragiudiziale Ad Ampio Raggio e In Particolare

  • Ricerca giuridica su tematiche di diritto civile e commerciale;
  • Redazione di atti giudiziali;
  • Redazione e revisione della contrattualistica d'impresa;
  • Partecipazione alla negoziazione con le controparti contrattuali;
  • Predisposizione di pareri e note in materia societaria e commerciale.

Our Requirements

Rispondi al profilo che cerchiamo se sei un/a praticante legale con almeno sei mesi di esperienza specifica nell'ambito della contrattualistica d'impresa e del contenzioso civile e hai un inglese fluente.

Attitudine al lavoro di squadra, forti capacità relazionali e di comunicazione, intraprendenza e flessibilità completano il profilo.
