Unes Supermercati, azienda italiana della Grande Distribuzione Organizzata, nasce a Milano nel 1967 e da allora ha saputo cogliere e reagire al meglio alle sfide del settore.

In più di 50 anni di vita Unes si è sviluppata attraverso l'apertura di nuovi punti vendita, sia in proprio sia con terzi operatori in franchising. Oggi è presente con tre diverse insegne (U Come tu mi vuoi, U2 Supermercato e il Viaggiator Goloso) per un totale di oltre 200 punti vendita, tra diretti e franchising, in Lombardia, Piemonte ed Emilia Romagna e conta su un organico di circa 3.500 dipendenti.

Posizione

La risorsa verrà inserita nella Direzione IT, a diretto riporto del Responsabile Infrastrutture di Punti Vendita, verrà formata esarà di supporto del team in tutte le attività indirizzate agli applicativi e agli strumenti della rete vendita.

In particolare, si occuperà di:

  • fornire supporto applicativo di secondo livello agli utenti finali per gli ambiti funzionali di competenza;
  • gestire la relazione con i fornitori che erogano i servizi di assistenza alla rete vendita, monitorare i livelli di servizio e lo stato di avanzamento delle richieste;
  • seguire l'implementazione di progetti informatici di competenza dell'area, dalle fasi di analisi al test e passaggio in produzione;
  • a tendere pianificare le attività progettuali in autonomia.

Sede di lavoro: Vimodrone (MI)

Requisiti

  • Laurea/diploma in informatica o equivalenti
  • Interesse e passione per l'ambito IT
  • Preferibile conoscenza basica dei principali processi di business delle funzioni di VENDITA di una realtà organizzativa strutturata
  • Preferibile conoscenza di base dei sistemi tipici dei punti di vendita in area GDO/Retail (casse, bilance, backoffice, riordino, …)
  • Competenze base in ambito networking (TCP/IP, reti geografiche, SD-Wan,…)
  • Conoscenza base del framework ITIL
  • Disponibilità a trasferte

Completano il profilo significative capacità relazionali, predisposizione al lavoro in team, capacità di problem solving, proattività, orientamento al risultato.
