E2E Planning Intern

We are offering a 6 months internship opportunity designed for those who have a strong interest in pursuing a career in Business Operations, allowing you to develop your analytical competencies and further explore your career interests in Logistics, Supply Chain . 

The candidate will be part of our dynamic operations team and will support the CS&L Italian team E2E in tracking the introduction of new products and the phase-out of outgoing products by helping plan and monitor key transition dates. 

Passionate, motivated university student who has completed the Bachelor's or Master's degree, studying Management Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting or similar. This position  will contribute to preventing service disruptions, reducing write-offs, and supporting on-time launch delivery through clear, proactive communication with markets and cross‑functional teams.

• Assist in tracking and updating key dates for product transitions, such as:
• Last Production Date (LPD) for outgoing SKUs
• First/New Production Date (FPD) for incoming SKUs
• Stock Depletion Date (SDD) for outgoing SKUs across Mixing Centers
• New Stock Introduction Date (NSID) for incoming SKUs by Mixing Center

Cross-functional Coordination & Communication

• Help prepare and update transition dashboards/trackers and summary notes after each review meeting.
• Support the preparation and distribution of regular communications to countries, including regional cut‑in/cut‑out calendars.

Background and competencies:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration or Accounting  
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in cross-functional and cross cultural teams
• Explorer, with an entrepreneurial attitude, acting fast in the project tasks assigned
• Self- starter attitude, able to manage project work and multiple tasks interdependently
• Knowledge of Google  products is required - Google sheet is a must
