Descrizione

Siamo alla ricerca di un/una AI Developer con almeno 4 anni di esperienza da inserire su progetti tech per lo sviluppo di soluzioni di Intelligenza Artificiale integrate in prodotti digitali.
La figura lavorerà a stretto contatto con team di sviluppo e prodotto per progettare, implementare e mantenere funzionalità AI scalabili e pronte per la produzione.

Competenze richieste

  • Ottima conoscenza di Python

  • Esperienza nello sviluppo di applicazioni backend e API (REST)

  • Utilizzo di modelli di Machine Learning e Generative AI

  • Esperienza con LLM (es. OpenAI, Anthropic, modelli open-source)

  • Prompt engineering e gestione del contesto

  • Implementazione di sistemi RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

  • Conoscenza di vector database (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate o simili)

  • Integrazione di servizi AI in applicazioni software

  • Utilizzo di Git e workflow di sviluppo collaborativi

  • Familiarità con ambienti cloud (AWS, GCP o Azure)

Sono graditi

  • Conoscenze di Docker e containerizzazione

  • Nozioni di MLOps e monitoraggio dei modelli in produzione

  • Esperienza con architetture a microservizi

  • Progetti AI personali o contributi open-source

  • Esperienza in contesti startup o product-oriented

Soft Skills

  • Forte orientamento al problem solving

  • Mentalità product-driven e attenzione all'impatto finale

  • Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e per obiettivi

  • Buone doti comunicative e di collaborazione

  • Curiosità e aggiornamento continuo sulle tecnologie AI

  • Contratto: CCNL Commercio, RAL indicativa tra i 27K e i 32K. Si valutano anche collaborazioni in P.iva
