Responsabilità e mansioni:

A diretto riporto della direzione tecnica, la risorsa avrà la responsabilità di:

supportare i team di energy management nella redazione di offerte e di progetti di sistemi EMS/BMS, riqualificazione impianti HVAC, freddo tecnico e lighting e per la realizzazione di impianti per la produzione di energia da fonte rinnovabile presso clienti dei settori commerciale, terziario e industriale.

Interagire con il reparto solutions Italia e il team HW/SW della casa madre francese, durante le fasi di connessione TCP/IP delle apparecchiature IoT /EMS/BMS/remote control.

Organizzare gli acquisti presso fornitori convenzionati.

organizzare la messa in sicurezza, dirigere i system integrators subappaltatori, concordare gli avanzamenti e le contabilità dei cantieri, sino al commissioning finale, interagendo direttamente con professionisti e direzioni lavori.

gestire le contabilità delle commesse in corso collaborando con l'ufficio amministrativo.

Requisiti richiesti:

• Laurea in ingegneria dell'automazione, elettrica o meccanica o diploma tecnico con successiva specializzazione in automazione o building automation;
• Competenze elevate in ambito IoT e in particolare di sistemi di building automation, sistemi EMS/BEMS e/o PLC;
• Esperienza almeno quinquennale nella gestione di commesse di installazione EMS/BMS oppure di commesse di gestione calore con nomina terzo responsabile o di facility management impiantistico con conduzione esperta di impianti HVAC.
• Piena dimestichezza nell'utilizzo di software ERP per gestione commesse quali SAP, PROGESTNOW, STRvision o similari.
• Buona dimestichezza con i principali standard di comunicazione MODbus, M-BUS, BACnet, KNX, nonché dei protocolli di comunicazione TCP/IP, wifi, http, LoRa;
• Esperienza di lavoro o conoscenza di software per la realizzazione di report e dashboard, preferibilmente Microsoft Power BI;
• ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office;
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta;
• Patente B;
• Area di residenza Lombardia o Veneto.

Competenze premianti:

• Buona conoscenza della lingua francese parlata e scritta;
• Conoscenza o esperienze di lavoro con: XML/XSLT, JavaScript, Json o similari;
• Eventuali certificazioni PMP, IPMA, ISIPM, PRINCE2 o similari

Job description:

Reporting directly to the COO, the candidate will be responsible for:

Supporting the energy management teams in drafting offers and projects for EMS/BMS systems, HVAC, technical refrigeration, and lighting systems, and for the construction of renewable energy production systems for clients in the commercial, tertiary, and industrial sectors.

Interacting with the Italian Solutions department and the French parent company's HW/SW team during the TCP/IP connection phases of IoT/EMS/BMS/remote control equipment.

Organizing purchasing from approved suppliers.

Organizing HSE, managing subcontractors (system integrators) and coordinating progress and construction site accounting, up to final commissioning, interacting directly with professionals and Work Site general management.

Managing the accounting of ongoing projects, collaborating with the administrative office.

Skills that the candidate must have:

• Degree in automation, electrical or mechanical engineering or technical diploma with subsequent specialization in automation or building automation;
• High level of expertise in the IoT field and in particular in building automation systems, EMS/BEMS and/or PLC systems;
• At least five years' experience in managing EMS/BMS installation orders or heat management orders with third party appointment or plant facility management with expert management of HVAC systems.
• Full familiarity with the use of ERP software for order management such as SAP, PROGESTNOW, STRvision or similar.
• Good familiarity with the main communication standards MODbus, M-BUS, BACnet, KNX, as well as TCP/IP, wifi, http, LoRa communication protocols;
• Work experience or knowledge of software for creating reports and dashboards, preferably Microsoft Power BI;
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package;
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English;
• Driving license B;
• Area of ​​residence Lombardy or Veneto.

Any rewarding skills:

• Good knowledge of spoken and written French;
• Knowledge or work experience with: XML/XSLT, JavaScript, Json or similar;
• Any PMP, IPMA, ISIPM, PRINCE2 or similar certifications
