Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex technical initiatives, ensuring clarity, structure, and effective communication across all project stages. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and operational teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on software, cloud, or data-driven projects. This role demands strong organizational and analytical skills, the ability to manage risks and dependencies, and a proactive approach to resolving challenges. You will act as a central point for cross-functional alignment, stakeholder reporting, and promoting project best practices. • Accountabilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of software, cloud, or data projects, ensuring milestones and objectives are met.
• Coordinate planning, execution, testing, and release activities across engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
• Translate business requirements into detailed project plans, timelines, and communication artifacts.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and escalate issues proactively to prevent delays.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, backlog discussions, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Promote best practices in project documentation, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Support the implementation of delivery processes, KPIs, and project standards.
• Requirements
• 5+ years of experience managing technical or software-related projects.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and delivery workflows.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, QA, product, cloud, or data teams.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high-quality execution.
• Advanced English proficiency for meetings, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
