Le tue responsabilità:

  • Gestirai il conto economico del punto vendita, monitorando e interpretando i KPI con lo scopo di garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali;
  • Organizzerai le attività giornaliere per garantire una Customer Experience di alta qualità;
  • Analizzerai le specifiche strategie di visual merchandising, giocando un ruolo attivo nella presa di decisioni strategiche;
  • Comunicherai efficacemente con la tua squadra, informando il team sulle procedure da seguire e motivandolo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi;
  • Ispirerai e trascinerai il gruppo guidandolo in piani di sviluppo accurati e in linea con la direzione HR.
