Role Overview

As our Affiliate Program Manager, you'll manage our affiliate platform(s), recruit and onboard partners, support them with the right materials, and continuously optimize performance through analysis and experimentation. You'll be the main point of contact for affiliates and the internal owner of affiliate operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate program setup & platform ownership

• Own the day-to-day management of our accounts: partner approvals, contracts, tracking setup, creatives, links, promo codes, and reporting.
• Maintain program hygiene: partner segmentation, accurate tracking, and consistent documentation.
• Troubleshoot tracking or attribution issues and coordinate fixes with internal teams and support.

Partner recruitment & onboarding

• Identify, reach out to, and onboard new affiliate partners (content publishers, communities, influencers, comparison sites, newsletters, deal/coupon partners where relevant, etc.).
• Evaluate partner fit (audience relevance, traffic sources, brand alignment, compliance).
• Negotiate and manage commission structures, partner tiers, and activation plans.

Partner communication & enablement

• Build strong relationships with partners via email and calls; respond quickly and professionally.
• Send partners everything they need to succeed: messaging guidelines, brand assets, tracking links, landing pages, creative banners, seasonal promos, and campaign calendars.
• Proactively propose co-promotions and campaigns to drive incremental growth.

Performance tracking & optimization

• Monitor performance KPIs in and other analytics tools (e.g., conversion rate, CPA/CPL, revenue, lead quality).
• Produce regular performance reports (weekly/monthly) with insights and clear action items.
• Identify what's working (top partners, placements, content angles) and scale it; identify underperformance and optimize (creative refresh, landing page testing, partner re-activation).

Compliance & brand protection

• Ensure affiliates follow brand guidelines and program terms (e.g., promotional claims, bidding rules, coupon usage where applicable).
• Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, or low-quality leads and take corrective action.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with an affiliate platform.
• Strong communication skills (written + verbal) and confidence working with external partners.
• Comfortable with numbers: reporting, Excel/Google Sheets, interpreting performance trends.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple partners and tasks at once.
• Strong English; additional languages are a plus.
