Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position in Rome for the role of Financial Controller. The Financial Controller will oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, and manage accounting processes. The role will involve analyzing financial data to provide insights for business decision-making, monitoring financial performance, and supporting effective budgeting. The Financial Controller will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and transparent financial records while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and expertise in Financial Reporting
  • Strong Analytical Skills and a solid background in Finance
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting principles and practices
  • Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • 5-year experience in accounting and contro
