Purchasing Manager.
Luogo di lavoro:
Roma centro.
Tipologia contrattuale:
inserimento diretto in azienda con contratto a tempo determinato di 12 mesi finalizzato alla stabilizzazione. Ral compresa tra € e € buoni pasto.
Il Purchasing ha la responsabilità di pianificare gli acquisti in base ai fabbisogni aziendali e alle esigenze della struttura, garantendo l'efficienza dei processi di approvvigionamento e assicurando un saving nel budget di competenza.
Nello specifico, si occuperà di:
- analisi delle offerte valutando il miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo;
- validare, contattare fornitori prescelti e negoziare i termini di acquisto e le condizioni della fornitura: quantità, tempi, prezzi, modalità di consegna;
- formalizzare i contratti di acquisto;
- gestire gli ordini a livello amministrativo;
- mantenere i rapporti commerciali con i fornitori, nazionali e internazionali;
- seguire e verificare il rispetto dei termini concordati (tempistiche di consegna, qualità dei prodotti, pagamenti...), anche in collaborazione con le altre funzioni aziendali;
- contrattare direttamente con i fornitori eventuali reclami e resi.
La risorsa che stiamo selezionando è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
- esperienza di almeno 4 anni nel settore hotellerie o simili;
- Laurea triennale o magistrale;
- conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese;
- dimestichezza nell'utilizzo del pacchetto Office, soprattutto Excel;
- capacità di gestire le priorità e di organizzazione del proprio lavoro in funzione delle variabili del momento.
