Lo/la stagista sarà inserito/a nel reparto commerciale e supporterà la Responsabile d'Ufficio nelle seguenti attività:

-Aggiornamento e gestione dell'archivio commerciale, inclusa la raccolta e organizzazione della documentazione.

-Utilizzo e aggiornamento del CRM;

-Partecipazione a incontri con la clientela presso la nostra sede;

-Realizzazione di report di vendita e dei budget trimestrali, semestrali e annuali, aggiornamento del Forecast;

-Verifica dei prezzi di vendita e validazione delle offerte;

-Supporto operativo ai commerciali nella preparazione di materiali, documenti e informazioni necessarie alle attività di vendita.

-Inserimento delle offerte commerciali nel gestionale aziendale e aggiornamento dello stato delle trattative.

-Redazione di bozze di offerte, preventivi e comunicazioni ai clienti, sotto supervisione.

-Attività di marketing e comunicazione di supporto (aggiornamento contenuti, preparazione materiali informativi, supporto campagne).

-Gestione delle comunicazioni interne relative al reparto commerciale e coordinamento con gli altri uffici aziendali.

-Supporto nella preparazione di report, analisi semplici e documenti di sintesi per l'area commerciale.

Per la posizione in oggetto le competenze richieste sono le seguenti:

-Formazione accademica in corso o appena conclusa in ambito Economia, Management, Comunicazione, Lingue, Marketing o discipline affini.

-Familiarità con programmi Gestionali e CRM;

-Competenze nella realizzazione di report, analisi e simulazioni di vendita;

-Eccellenti capacità nell'ambito della costificazione e del calcolo dei prezzi di vendita in ambito B2B;

-Ottime capacità organizzative e attitudine alla gestione ordinata di archivi e documentazione.

-Buone competenze informatiche, in particolare utilizzo del pacchetto Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) e familiarità con strumenti digitali e gestionali aziendali.

-Capacità di redazione di testi chiari e professionali (offerte commerciali, comunicazioni ai clienti, brevi contenuti marketing).

-Precisione e attenzione al dettaglio, soprattutto nell'inserimento dati e nella preparazione dei documenti commerciali.

-Capacità di comprendere e interpretare le richieste del cliente e tramutarle in una proposta di valore e offerta di vendita in ambito industriale;

  • Buone capacità comunicative, sia scritte che verbali, e propensione al lavoro in team a supporto del reparto commerciale.

-Proattività e spirito di iniziativa, con disponibilità a imparare rapidamente nuove procedure e strumenti.

-Attitudine al problem solving e capacità di gestire più attività contemporaneamente in modo efficace.

Contratto di lavoro: Tirocinio formativo/stage

Durata contratto: 3 mesi

Retribuzione: a partire da €550,00 al mese
