Our Client company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,3 operational and + 1,3 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW.

We are looking for an Asset Management Analyst based preferably in Bologna to give support to our projects.

Mission
  • Monitor project construction and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with information obligations under financing contracts.
  • Prepare financial reports and ratios for financial institutions.
  • Analyze and control project income and costs.
  • Oversee billing and collection processes related to energy balances.
  • Support the preparation, monitoring, and control of project budgets and forecasts.
  • Propose methodologies to enhance process efficiency.
  • Support the administration of land lease contracts.
  • Assist with the renewal of Guarantees.
  • Support cash flow management and forecasting.
  • Maintain document control systems.
  • Assist in the management of insurance claims.
Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance
  • Based in Sevilla.
  • At least 4-5 years of proven experience in similar roles.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is required.
  • Basic tax knowledge of VAT taxes, income taxes and withholding taxes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven analytical and mathematical capabilities.
  • Critical thinking and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to learn about an exciting and fast-growing industry.
  • High degree of attention to detail.
