Obiettivo del ruolo
Il Commissioning Lead sarà responsabile della pianificazione, supervisione e coordinamento delle attività di commissioning per impianti Oil & Gas, con particolare attenzione ai sistemi di processo. Collaborerà con team multidisciplinari in contesti internazionali, garantendo il rispetto degli standard di sicurezza, qualità e tempi di consegna.

Responsabilità principali

  • Coordinare le attività di pre-commissioning, commissioning e start-up degli impianti di processo.
  • Redigere e aggiornare i piani di commissioning, le procedure operative e i sistemi di controllo qualità.
  • Collaborare con i team di ingegneria, costruzione e HSE per garantire l'allineamento tecnico e operativo.
  • Gestire i rapporti con il cliente e i fornitori durante le fasi critiche del progetto.
  • Supervisionare i test funzionali e le prove di performance.
  • Garantire la corretta raccolta e archiviazione della documentazione tecnica (dossier di commissioning, punch list, certificati, ecc.).
  • Coordinare e formare il personale tecnico coinvolto nelle attività di commissioning.

Requisiti
Formazione
:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Chimica, Ingegneria di Processo o affini.

Esperienza
:

  • Almeno 8-10 anni di esperienza nel settore Oil & Gas.
  • Esperienza comprovata in ruoli di commissioning, preferibilmente in progetti EPC o EPCm internazionali.
  • Conoscenza approfondita dei processi di impianti onshore/offshore (es. raffinazione, gas naturale, impianti chimici).

Competenze tecniche
:

  • Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi di processo e delle normative internazionali (API, ASME, IEC, ecc.).
  • Familiarità con strumenti di project management e software di commissioning (es. ICAPS, WinPCS, Completions Management Systems).
  • Conoscenza delle pratiche HSE in fase di commissioning.

Lingue
:

  • Inglese e Italiano fluente (parlato e scritto).
  • La conoscenza di altre lingue è un plus.
