How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
La figura professionale del Ventilation Field Health Specialist ha l'obiettivo di garantire, in accordo con il piano di sviluppo concordato con il/la Responsabile, un supporto clinico, formativo e consulenziale specialistico nell'ambito della terapia respiratoria domiciliare, rivolto sia ai team interni (VitalAire e OPS Medicasa) che a specialisti ospedalieri e, direttamente, a pazienti e caregiver.
La persona si occuperà di:
Supporto Clinico e Consulenza Specialistica:
Fornire formazione, consulenza e assistenza ai clinici ospedalieri, fisioterapisti/e e infermieri/e in merito all'utilizzo dei diversi dispositivi medici (ventilatori polmonari, assistenti tosse, dispositivi per la ginnastica respiratoria, ecc.) e all'individuazione della corretta terapia relativamente alla patologia della persona assistita.
Svolgere attività di formazione sanitaria specifica in ambito respiratorio, rivolta ai Team commerciali VitalAire e OPS Medicasa.
Partecipare a congressi ed eventi scientifici, sia in supporto al team commerciale sia in qualità di Relatrice/Relatore.
Fornire supporto alla Direzione Sanitaria (DS) per l'elaborazione di protocolli clinici e la valutazione di nuovi progetti.
Gestione Progetti e Supporto Domiciliare (VBHC):
Essere il riferimento sanitario per i/le pazienti (e caregiver) in trattamento respiratorio domiciliare e nei progetti Value-Based Health Care (VBHC) nei quali è coinvolto/a come Case Manager.
Fornire supporto sanitario domiciliare a tutte le persone assistite in carico che necessitano di sostegno nella gestione della terapia domiciliare (es. rinforzo educazionale, motivazionale, gestione dell'interfaccia, ecc.).
Gestire e raccogliere i dati relativi alle attività e ai progetti VBHC.
Agire come riferimento interno per la gestione dei/delle pazienti pediatrici/che in ventilazione domiciliare (sia all'interno che all'esterno dei Progetti VBHC).
Are you a MATCH?
Possesso di Master in Fisioterapia cardiorespiratoria e aria critica.
Eccellente conoscenza dei principali dispositivi medici domiciliari utilizzati nella terapia respiratoria (es. Ventilatori polmonari, Assistenti Tosse, dispositivi per la ginnastica respiratoria, ecc.).
Spiccate capacità comunicative e relazionali per interagire efficacemente con il personale sanitario ospedaliero e i team interni.
Approccio empatico e orientato al/alla paziente nel fornire supporto a domicilio e ai caregiver.
Capacità di organizzazione e gestione di progetti con autonomia e responsabilità (in particolare, Progetti VBHC).
