Siamo una startup fondata nel 2023 da imprenditori seriali:
Marco Ogliengo
e
Francesco Scalambrino
hanno già fondato aziende di successo e costruito HR software per aziende "unicorni".

Abbiamo chiuso il più grande round di finanziamento pre-seed in Italia (4.7M€), a cui hanno partecipato gli imprenditori più in gamba del tech. Ad un anno di distanza abbiamo chiuso il seed round a 12M€ e a giugno 2025 abbiamo chiuso un nuovo round da 25M€, guidato come lead investor dal VC americano Base10, che ha scelto noi per la sua prima operazione in Italia.

L'Italia è conosciuta come il paese della burocrazia. Questa burocrazia è uno dei motivi riconosciuti per cui l'economia Italiana ristagna. La missione di Jet? Eliminare la burocrazia dal fare impresa in Italia. Cos'è la burocrazia? Sono ore passate a decifrare normative, riempire moduli, attendere approvazioni e correggere gli inevitabili errori umani.

Jet è la soluzione: una piattaforma unica per semplificare e automatizzare tutta l'area amministrativa di una PMI italiana. È
ovvio
che il futuro non può rimanere lento e macchinoso: con Jet stiamo anticipando questo futuro, e abbiamo una chance concreta di diventare la soluzione di default per gestire il back office in Italia. Se ci riusciamo, saremo una realtà enorme che ha cambiato come si fa impresa in Italia

  • Rotazione intensa.
    Sarai nella posizione unica di lavorare in più funzioni. Vedrai in 6 mesi quello che in altre aziende vedresti in 3 anni. Non starai mai fermo.
  • Impatto concreto.
    Siamo una start-up, ognuno dà un contributo essenziale alla crescita di Jet. Tutti i nostri clienti vedranno il risultato del tuo lavoro, e avrai un impatto diretto sulla bottom line aziendale.
  • Lavoro ibrido.
    Abbiamo l'ufficio a Milano ed è richiesta la presenza, ma con flessibilità. Senza essere fiscali, operiamo molto a buon senso.

Cosa farai

Il programma è a rotazione tra 3 funzioni:


Business Development Representative
nel team Sales - Mese 1

  • Venderai Jet. Ti sporcherai molto le mani chiamando possibili clienti, ma è essenziale per conoscere a fondo il prodotto, i nostri clienti, e come lavora il team sales.


Lifecycle Manager
nel team Growth - Mesi 2-4

  • Lancerai campagne mail, linkedin e offline per aumentare la conversione di centinaia di migliaia di prospect.


Specialist
in un team a scelta tra Organic, Paid, o Go-To-Market - Mesi 5-6

  • Diventerai esperto nell'acquisizione di nuovi prospect tramite un canale specifico, con la guida di un membro esperto del team.

Alla fine dei primi 6 mesi, prevediamo di continuare per altri 6 nel team con cui hai maggior fit, a seconda di come è andato il tuo percorso fino a quel punto.

Cosa serve

  • Essere uno studente o un neolaureato.
  • Voglia matta di crescere.
    I ritmi in Jet sono altissimi. Dovrai crescere velocemente per stare al passo, e ti valuteremo soprattutto su questo.
  • Ossessione imprenditoriale.
    Conosci (o vuoi conoscere) a fondo chi sono i nostri prospect e quali sono i loro problemi più grandi. Sai come pensano, come lavorano, e come raggiungerli. Vuoi costruire qualcosa da zero per loro, e sei preparato alla difficoltà nel farlo.
  • Voglia di farsi il c**o
    . Stiamo costruendo, crackando e definendo la direzione di Jet. C'è tantissima crescita, ma significa anche che non è un lavoro tranquillo.
