Il Ruolo

  • La posizione prevede sia attività di supporto quotidiano alla fabbrica sia attività di miglioramento continuo per la creazione di processi stabili e prevedibili
  • L'attività prevede supporto all'implementazione di processi di automazione sia di impianti esistenti che nuovi
  • La risorsa sarà coinvolta nella gestione di progetti (medio/grandi) come project team member o in ruolo di project manager

Competenze

  • Sei in possesso di Diploma o Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria meccanica/autoamzione/informatica
  • Hai maturato esperienza in ambito automazione/programmazione PLC di 2/3 anni
  • Conosci linguaggi programmazione PLC ed integrazione con HMI
  • Hai già lavorato sull'implementazione di sistemi MES
  • Hai competenza in merito metodologia Lean Six Sigma (preferenziale)
  • Hai una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata
  • Hai un'ottima dimestichezza con il pacchetto Office, in particolare con excel
  • Sai lavorare in team, anche interfunzionali
  • Hai un approccio proattivo alle problematiche e ai processi con orientamento al miglioramento continuo
  • Hai maturato una buona capacità di problem solving
  • Sei in grado di organizzare la tua attività secondo priorità ed in maniera flessibile
