Material Planner

Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Planner to join our team in the material supply planning area. The selected candidate will be part of a highly structured and evolving environment, managing procurement processes and collaborating with both local and international suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and ensure material deliveries in line with production schedule requirements
• Manage supplier relationships (communication, performance monitoring, problem solving, etc.)
• Handle routine exceptions (missing deliveries, inventory adjustments, etc.)
• Manage stock levels
• Maintain and update system parameters (minimum stock levels, lead times, lot sizes, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop products/projects aligned with company objectives
• Develop functional KPIs

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate must have these key qualifications:

Technical Requirements:

• Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields
• 1–2 years of prior experience in Planning and/or Procurement
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP systems
• Understanding of fundamental planning concepts (MRP and Lean principles, procurement methods, etc.)
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to extract insights
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage stress and unexpected issues

• Ability to effectively interact with suppliers and the internal team
• Attention to process development and supplier development
• Proactive approach, continuous improvement mindset, and problem-solving attitude
• Willingness to take on new challenges
• Result-oriented mindset
• Flexibility and availability for short-term business trips
