Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, you will provide support to the team in managing the following activities:

Day To Day

• Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, you will provide support to the team in managing the following activities:
• Rental Agreement Management and Update: adapt rental contracts for Italy and France/Germany to ensure adherence to the timeline for the launch of new products and updates to GATE current offer, including participation in related working groups/recurring meetings and coordination with Group local legal teams.
• Charging Stations Agreements: support the implementation of new sales contracts for charging stations in France and Germany, including contract drafting in English and coordination with DLL local legal teams and/or external law firms.
• Ordinary Supply/Service Contracts: Assist in the analysis and validation of supplier/provider contracts (e.g., IT offers or other daily procurements).
• Support to Head of Legal in updating strategic services agreements (e.g. maintenance & repair, telematics, tyres, insurance etc.).
• Support to Privacy/Compliance DLL for Integration: support Group privacy in reflecting into GATE documentation privacy-related matters (e.g. DPAs for suppliers; adapt end customer contracts based on compliance/privacy clauses; update ROPA according to Group requirements; revise privacy notices, etc.), with participation in relevant workstreams and recurring meetings.
• Support to Head of Legal in monitoring and coordinating internal processes for managing customer claims.
• Support to implement GATE contract/legal documentation repository.
• First Layer of Contact for ordinary Business Owners' Requests: handle routine requests from business owners (e.g., Sales and Operations requests for rental agreement

Essentials

• Law degree (preferably with Attorney qualification)
• Previous experience in corporate legal departments or law firms is preferred
• Minimum expertise in the fields of contracts
• Fluent written and spoken English;
• Knowledge of French and/or German is a plus;
• Business acumen and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team
