Descrizione

L' Accounting Manager sarà responsabile della gestione e supervisione delle attività contabili del perimetro italiano. Opererà in un contesto multinazionale caratterizzato da processi strutturati ma anche in fase di riorganizzazione e miglioramento continuo.

Il ruolo prevede la guida operativa e lo sviluppo di un team di lavoro, garantendo efficienza nei processi e rispetto delle scadenze civilistiche e fiscali, applicando i principi contabili locali e supportando in una futura transizione a IAS/IFRS.

Principali attività:

  • Coordinare le attività contabili del gruppo, assicurando completezza, correttezza e tempestività delle registrazioni.
  • Gestire e supervisionare la preparazione del bilancio civilistico.
  • Supportare quando sarà necessario la transizione ai principi contabili internazionali, contribuendo alla revisione dei processi e delle policy.
  • Monitorare la compliance normativa e l'aggiornamento continuo delle procedure contabili.
  • Gestire i rapporti con revisori, consulenti fiscali e stakeholder interni ed esteri.
  • Assicurare il corretto utilizzo dei sistemi ERP (SAP) e contribuire a eventuali progetti di evoluzione dei processi e degli applicativi.
  • Collaborare con il Chief Accounting Officer Global e con il management delle diverse business unit nazionali ed estere, in particolare confrontandosi con le funzioni finanza e controllo.
  • Garantire la corretta integrazione contabile delle società estere del perimetro internazionale.

Profilo del Candidato

Il profilo ideale ha le seguenti caratteristiche:

  • Laurea in materie economiche.
  • Esperienza professionale di indicativamente 10-15 anni, maturata idealmente prima presso società di revisione e successivamente all'interno di aziende strutturate.
  • Ottima conoscenza dei principi contabili OIC; gradita familiarità con IAS/IFRS o forte predisposizione all'apprendimento.
  • Gradita la conoscenza di SAP, ma non mandatoria. Ottimo Excel.
  • Inglese ad un livello almeno intermedio.
  • Capacità manageriali.
  • Attitudine a lavorare in ambienti dinamici e con interlocutori internazionali.
  • Disponibilità a occasionali trasferte (Italia).

  • CCNL metalmeccanico, retribuzione indicativa euro + MBO 10%.
  • 1-2 gg di smartworking a settimana (si richiede comunque flessibilità in caso di attività da svolgersi in sede o trasferte).
