We are currently hiring a Senior IT Auditor to join our Audit HUB in Lisbon
Who are we?The Audit Hub focuses on internal audits to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness of operations within the Volkswagen Group. The hub provides comprehensive audit services, including financial audits, operational audits, and compliance audits, to support the organization's strategic objectives and risk management framework.
What we do in our team?Our Audit Hub team is composed of experienced auditors and financial experts who work collaboratively to deliver high-quality audit services. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and excellence in our work. Our team leverages advanced audit methodologies and tools to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our stakeholders.
Possible Tasks within this Role Audit Preparation: Preparation of the audit planning, including the work program and background research regarding the audit topicAudit Field Work: Performing audit activities remotely and/or on-site, conducting document reviews and data analysis, and holding interviews, status meetings, and closing meetings with the auditeesAudit Report Creation and Alignment: Creating audit report drafts and aligning these drafts with the auditeesFollow-Up Activities: Independent follow-up and evaluation of agreed audit actions to ensure sufficient implementation by the auditeeAudit-Related Consulting Services and Projects: Supporting audit-related consulting projects and participating in international audit working groups/networksOptimization of Audit Processes and Know-How Transfer: Establishing and implementing local audit processes and transferring know-how to new and junior audit colleagues Qualification requirements Master studies in the IT area (e.g. informatics, business informatics, information systems, computer science) or comparable qualificationExperience in the IT audit areaAt least one professional certification is desirable (ideally CISA)Excellent communication and presentation skills, esp. in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus)High team orientationHigh level of personal integrity, independence, tenacity and resilience in executing audits and resolving audit issues, while remaining objectiveDistinctive analytical skills and the critical thinkingHigh degree of proactivity and reliabilityAbility to analyze complex data, e.g. with KNIMEGood knowledge of MS Office applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)Willingness to travel internationally (for on-site audits at other locations of Volkswagen Group abroad)What We Can Offer
