IL TUO RUOLO

Stiamo cercando un
System Engineer
con una vera passione per
infrastrutture complesse, sicure e resilienti
, da inserire stabilmente nel nostro team tecnico. Opererai in un
ambiente moderno e ibrido (On-Prem + Azure)
, partecipando a
progetti di migrazione cloud
, con forte focus su
sicurezza, automazione e continuità operativa
.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Gestione avanzata e ottimizzazione di
    Microsoft 365 e Azure
    (Entra ID, Defender, Intune, governance)
  • Amministrazione di
    server Windows
    , ambienti virtualizzati e infrastrutture ibride
  • Progettazione, implementazione e test periodici di soluzioni di
    Backup & Disaster Recovery
  • Monitoraggio, hardening e messa in sicurezza dell'infrastruttura (antispam, endpoint protection, business continuity)
  • Troubleshooting avanzato
    su stack Windows e ambienti di virtualizzazione

Requisiti:

MUST-HAVE

  • Microsoft Stack
    : Active Directory / Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Defender, Intune
  • Cloud
    : Azure (o AWS) – identity, networking, workload management
  • Backup & DR
    : esperienza concreta con Veeam o soluzioni equivalenti (restore e test inclusi)
  • Virtualizzazione
    : VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V o Proxmox
  • Sicurezza Email
    : antispam come Proofpoint, Libraesva o simili
  • Troubleshooting avanzato su
    Windows Server
    e ambienti virtuali

NICE TO HAVE

  • Gestione di
    architetture ibride On-Prem Cloud
  • Automazione
    : PowerShell (fortemente apprezzato), Python o Ansible
  • Certificazioni attive o in corso:
    AZ-104, AZ-500, VCP, VMCE, Veeam
