Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Enable successful transformation in large organizations by designing and implementing holistic change management programs
  • Provide coaching to leaders, teams, and key stakeholders through systemic coaching methodologies, aiming to enhance alignment, behaviors, and culture. Additionally, establish expectations and frameworks to enable a widespread coaching culture throughout the organization
  • Translate between business strategy and technical realities ("Talking Management and Engineering") to ensure adoption in engineering environments.
  • Architect and deliver change communication strategies and content across multiple channels to inform, engage, and mobilize audiences; design transformation waves that align with the speed of change adoption
  • Design and support structure at every level / hierarchy of the organization, ensuring a seamless integration of activities to facilitate a rapid change management process
  • Collaborate and coordinate with central functions (e.g. HR OD) and external consultants to guarantee the success of specific transformation projects

Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in transformation management, change management, or similar roles within large multinational organizations
  • Proven ability to coach senior leaders and teams utilizing systemic coaching methodologies, with strong expertise in aligning leadership behaviors and driving cultural change
  • Demonstrated proficiency in designing and executing holistic change management strategies, bridging business and technical realities
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
