We are currently seeking a
Learning and Development Specialist
to join our team and support the Group Development Coordinator in defining and implementing strategic and operational guidelines across all Group companies.
Key Activities and Responsibilities:
- Define strategic guidelines and actions related to People Development and Engagement processes across the Group;
- Oversee the Performance Management process, ensuring consistency and effectiveness throughout all phases;
- Design and implement training initiatives, including launch plans and internal communication campaigns to promote participation;
- Manage the Group's training offering and activities, aligning them with development policies and organizational needs;
- Organize change management activities in order to support the adoption of new initiatives and foster a culture of transformation;
- Organize internal communication, engagement initiatives, and corporate events to strengthen employee connection and alignment;
- Support the process of requesting and securing training funds through major inter-professional sectoral channels (e.g., Formazione Finanziata);
- Contribute to Employer Branding efforts, enhancing the Group's reputation as an attractive employer.
Requirements
:
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience
in similar roles within structured and international organizational contexts. - Demonstrated ability to manage development programs end-to-end
: from design and planning to execution, monitoring, and delivery. - Strong expertise in Project Management
, with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. - Advanced proficiency in analytics tools
, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and strategic insight generation. - Flexible and digitally oriented mindset
, with a proactive attitude toward innovation and organizational change. - Excellent communication skills
, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse teams and stakeholders. - Resilient and results-oriented

, with strong command of professional and technical language. - Proficient in Microsoft Office
