Stiamo cercando uno Specialista in Ingegneria da inserire nel nostro team di Lodi Vecchio, in Italia. In qualità di Engineering Specialist, svolgerà un ruolo cruciale nello sviluppo, nell'implementazione e nell'ottimizzazione di soluzioni ingegneristiche per la nostra organizzazione. Questa posizione richiede un approccio analitico e orientato al dettaglio per risolvere sfide tecniche complesse e guidare l'innovazione nei nostri progetti di ingegneria.

  • Guida e coordina i progetti di ingegneria dalla concezione al completamento, assicurando il rispetto delle tempistiche, dei budget e degli standard di qualità.
  • Analizzare problemi ingegneristici complessi e sviluppare soluzioni innovative utilizzando principi e pratiche ingegneristiche avanzate.
  • Utilizza il software CAD per creare e modificare disegni tecnici e specifiche.
  • Conduce un'analisi e un'interpretazione approfondita dei dati per supportare i processi decisionali.
  • Collabora con team interfunzionali per ottimizzare i processi di produzione e migliorare la qualità dei prodotti.
  • Garantire la conformità agli standard e alle normative del settore in tutte le attività di ingegneria.
  • Preparare e presentare rapporti tecnici dettagliati e raccomandazioni alla direzione e alle parti interessate.
  • Rimane aggiornato sulle ultime tecnologie ingegneristiche e sulle migliori pratiche del settore.

Qualifiche

  • Preferibile Laurea in Ingegneria (meccanica, elettrica o affine)
  • Minimo 2 anni di esperienza in un settore ingegneristico correlato/gestione di progetti
  • Conoscenza avanzata dei principi e delle pratiche ingegneristiche
  • Conoscenza base di lettura di schemi elettrici e software PLC.
  • Competenza base in software CAD, come AutoCAD e SolidWorks
  • Forti capacità analitiche e di risoluzione dei problemi, con una spiccata attenzione ai dettagli.
  • Buone capacità di gestione dei progetti ed esperienza nella conduzione di progetti ingegneristici
  • Competenza nell'analisi e nell'interpretazione dei dati
  • Familiarità con i processi di produzione e i principi dell'ingegneria industriale
  • Capacità di lavorare in modo efficiente in un ambiente frenetico e con scadenze precise.
  • Conoscenza professionale dell'inglese
