Per importante azienda cliente del settore farmaceutico siamo alla ricerca di una figura di
Licensing out & partner Manager.

Il Licensing Out Manager è un elemento chiave per l'esecuzione della strategia di crescita del portafoglio dell'Azienda e guiderà tutte le attività necessarie per implementare la strategia e gli obiettivi di out-licensing per il portafoglio aziendale.

Responsabilità

  • Ricerca, identificazione, valutazione, strutturazione e negoziazione di opportunità di out-licensing, inclusa l'esecuzione di contratti e transazioni.
  • Sviluppo del business case e valutazione complessiva dei prodotti interni, inclusi modelli finanziari, collaborando con l'organizzazione globale.
  • Chiusura di accordi di out-licensing profittevoli, firmando contratti per raggiungere gli obiettivi commerciali e finanziari dell'azienda.
  • Generazione di lead, analisi di mercato, dati sui competitor e identificazione di trend in mercati esistenti e nuovi.
  • Gestione dei partner attuali e nuovi in tutti gli aspetti del business di alleanza.

Qualifiche

  • Laurea triennale/magistrale in discipline economiche o scientifiche.
  • Competenza nella revisione e modifica di contratti e nella collaborazione con il team legale.
  • Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office 365.
  • Inglese fluente (C1/C2); conoscenza di italiano o spagnolo è un plus.

Requisiti

  • Forte acume commerciale.
  • Capacità di analisi.
  • 4+ anni di esperienza nel settore farmaceutico in ruoli BD&L.
  • Capacità di Project Management e leadership per gestire team cross-funzionali.

Soft Skills

  • Capacità di costruire e coltivare relazioni come team player con stakeholder interni ed esterni.
  • Eccellenti capacità comunicative e organizzative per gestire carichi di lavoro multitasking.
  • Disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia e all'estero.
